Capacity Building:

DIG works with a wide variety of development agencies and community groups helping them, through a step-by-step process, to undertake appropriate capacity building interventions to improve their institutional performance. DIG’^s staff serves as organizational development consultants assisting agencies to define their development needs and priorities, assess capacity-building needs, set objectives, prepare capacity development plans and organize sets of activities and interventions that aim at achieving desired ends in a planned and timely manner.
